How to Memorize!

 

14:45: It takes effort and elbow grease: Choose the right songs

– You will not put an effort to songs you do not care about
– Choose songs that motivate you and inspire you
– If you already know the difference between songs that motivate vs de-motivate you, then you’ve already won half the battle.
– Create an “A” list of songs and “B” list of songs. Put the songs that make you feel good, emotionally connected to the music, and motived under “A” list. Put in the “B” list the songs that offer you challenges, or new songs that you’ve heard.
