How To Use This Course

The 4 exercises in this course (combined with the TONE GAME – Video 2) will increase your finger strength, stretching capacity and tone. (SEE INTRO VIDEO ABOVE FOR AN EXPLANATION ON TONE)

By doing 2 of these exercises for 5-7 minutes at the start of every practice you will notice a difference in your playing.

The first 2 exercises are designed for beginners.

Playing songs over and over isn’t always the best way to improve your strength and tone. These exercises will.

The exercises are broken down into 2 videos. Lesson (a) is a description of how to play each exercise and lesson (b) is a play through of each one.

Once you get confident playing each exercise increase the speed on your metronome by 10 or 20 BPM steps.

BE CAREFUL: If you get any sharp or shooting pains in your hands when doing these exercises please stop immediately and don’t play any more guitar.
