This intermediate stretch exercise really steps things up a gear…

TIPS TO REMEMBER:

Keep your thumb round the back of the neck, push your wrist forwards.

You don’t need to fret on your finger tips (callouses). You can fret on the softer fleshy part of your finger. (drop your finger tip)

Roll your fingers round on their tips to reach the stretched notes.

NOTE: 70BPM was too slow for this exercise (as there is 4 times as many notes as The Spider) and I didn’t want you stretching for too long. So this exercise is played at 100BPM.
