Go to this page: Earmaster – Interval Song Chart Generator and select the songs you recognise the most in the “Ascending and Descending List”. Then go to the bottom of this page and click the Create Interval Example Chart button. Then print this page. (If you were at the last 2 webinars you would have already done this)

Ear Training IOS App – I’ve used this and it’s great for setting your own exercises as well as the default training courses.
Ear Trainer Android App I haven’t used this but the reviews look great.
Anytune – App to slow down music without affecting the pitch. Great for transcribing by ear.
Transcribe – PC or MAC – Program to slow down music without affecting the pitch.
HOMEWORK
10 Chords to work out by ear. Email your answers numbered 1 to 10 The choices are major, (maj) minor (min), minor 7 (min7) or dominant 7 (7)

Riff To Work Out By Ear – Pretty Woman – Send me either the TAB or audio of you playing the riff.
5 BEGINNER SONGS TO WORK OUT BY EAR
I strongly recommend using a slow down music program or app like the ones listed above before you start to work these out by ear.
All of the songs below are in standard tuning and DON’T require a capo. They all use common open chords. Email me your results and take your time.
